Established in 1992, Professional Associations Superannuation Limited (PASL) is a stand-alone, not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, independent of external support or influence.

In December 2002 we became the first non-public-offer super fund trustee to be granted an Australian Financial Services Licence. In 2005, we attained our Registrable Superannuation Entity Licence.

PASL offers low cost, member focused trustee and management services to superannuation funds and their members.

Our growth strategy

To enable us to continue to expand the range and value of services we offer our partners and members, and to ensure that operating costs are minimised through economies of scale, we are committed to a strategy of growth.

To date we have seen the generation of solid, consistent long-term returns and the increase of RecruitmentSuper from $10 million to over $800 million with some $280 million in annual contributions, 6,000 employers and 310,000 members.

In 2005, Accountants Super joined the PASL group, bringing over 20,000 members, 2,600 employers and more than $300 million in superannuation assets.

In 2007, AESuper was welcomed, bringing a further 20,000 members, 3,000 employers and over $100 million in superannuation assets.
